Key Responsibilities

• Develop and define strong design concepts aligned with brand and business goals.
• Create designs that are creative, innovative, and highly communicative.
• Solve communication challenges by developing new visual approaches.
• Collaborate across departments as both the leader of the creative team and a key member of the Commercial team.
• Present creative ideas effectively to stakeholders and management.
• Supervise and coordinate with the Creative Designer Team and Videographers to ensure quality execution.

Authority

• Delegate tasks and responsibilities across the creative team.
• Make decisions on all design outcomes based on brand guidelines.
• Evaluate direct team members' performance and report insights to the GM Commercial.

Accountabilities

• Ensure all design outputs are delivered on time.
• Ensure all visual materials meet the needs of internal units.
• Guarantee consistency of all design work with brand standards and established guidelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
• Deep understanding of the creative process — from planning to execution and evaluation.
• Proficient in industry-standard creative software (Adobe Creative Suite, etc.).
• Strong presentation, communication, and time management skills.
• A proactive and solution-oriented mindset with a strong sense of leadership.
