Sutera Nexen by Alam Sutera is seeking a creative and strategic Marketing Communication & Promotion Supervisor to lead the development of digital content and event marketing activities.

Responsibilities:

• Create and manage marketing communication strategies across social media, Google Ads, and other digital platforms.
• Plan and produce digital content, promotional materials, and marketing campaigns that match the Sutera Nexen brand.
• Organize and supervise events and promotions from start to finish, ensuring they run smoothly and reach their targets.
• Make sure all brand messages are consistent across digital and offline channels.
• Support the creation of marketing strategies for regular and special programs.
• Track and analyze the performance of digital content, campaigns, and events to improve future results.
• Work closely with other teams and external vendors to ensure effective and timely execution.
• Identify new ideas and opportunities to grow the brand and reach more customers.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Communication, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in marketing communication and promotion.
• Proven track record in successfully managing promotions and events—from planning to execution and post-event evaluation.
• Strong creative skills in developing content, particularly for digital and social media platforms.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and project management abilities.
• Proficient in digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and campaign performance reporting.
• Experience in the property, real estate, or lifestyle sector is an advantage.
